1. Acceptance

2. Services

Agenes Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides health and accident insurance-related services and other associated benefits as per government recognition.

3. Payment & Validity

• Insurance coverage is provided for one year from the date of policy activation.

• The policy fee of ₹650 is non-refundable once payment is made.

4. Coverage Details

• Compensation of ₹2,00,000 in case of accidental injury or loss of limb.

• ₹2,00,000 insurance coverage in case of accidental death.

• Terms of the policy are subject to the company’s underwriting guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Claims arising from false or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Policy Cancellation

The company reserves the right to cancel any policy in case of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The updated version will be available on our website.

8. Governing Law

All disputes will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of the company’s registered location
